Run the track, ride a bike, walk until the sun goes down — and you are still inside the walls. A group leader knows where their students are in the evening, which is usually the first thing a junior or family group asks.

Not only running on your own. Yoga, Pilates and boxing are run as programmes led by professional trainers. The gym and the track are within walking distance, so after class all you do is change; and if the sport is new to you, they start you at the basics. It is all in English, so that hour is an extension of class as well.
